NRF9322 is high-performance, wideband digital interfaced CMOS RF transceiver with the features and linearity meet the requirement of standard of 802.11ac/ax (WiFi 6). With digital compensated IQ calibration, it offers frequency-dependent IQ (FD-IQ) mismatch calibration for both amplitude and phase and achieves excellent IQ balance with IRR better than -51dB for RX and -57dB for TX over a wide frequency range up to 80MHz to achieve at least ?35dB RX EVM and -38dB TX EVM. Noise characteristics reaches better than ?45dBc LO integrated phase noise as well as better than 50dB isolation between each TRX chain. The chip also includes low-noise TX BB and high speed high performance ADC/DAC.
